He had no idea what I was talking about even after I clearly explained to him what happened and what I was told. He gets the manager and he was clearly not the person I spoke to the previous day. I show up the next day with the Brocken game and explain to the person in the front desk the situation. I call them back and ask for the manager and he agreed to give me the 2 games I traded back. I get home put the game into my psp, and it doesn’t work! I get concerned because I didn’t get a receipt. I go in and the guys their were willing to make the trade however both parties agreed that a receipt wasn’t necessary. I went in one day with two games looking to maybe get an even exchange for one that they had listed on their website. Zero Communication between the Staff.By far the worst place I’ve had to deal with when it comes to trade/selling games.
